С целью предупреждени мышечных контрактур за счет клеточной регенерации мышечной ткании производ т наложение на кости голени компрессионно-дистракцион- ного аппарата, пересекают большеберцо- вую кость на уровне мышечно-сухожильного соединени ослабленной мышцы, осуществл ют дистракцию до устранени укорочени сегмента.The invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used to shorten the tibia. На уровне бугристости большеберцовой кости из небольшого разреза осуществл ют кор- тикотомию с учетом расположени мышеч- но-сухожильного соединени ослабленной мышцы. Через семь дней начинают дистрак- иию остеотомированных фрагментов.
