Abstract

Использование: дл  получени  ступенчатых валов поперечно-клиновой прокаткой . Заготовку 4 подают в очаг деформации между клиновым инструментом 1 и опорными валками. Торцы заготовки 4 фиксируют в зажимах 5. В процессе прокатки величину раст гивающего усили  измен ют за счет радиальных, направленных от оси вращени  усилий, преобразуемых в раст гивающее усилие посредством передаточного механизма. Последний выполнен в виде каретки 8 и грузов 7, которые при вращении развивают центробежную силу Р и осевое усилие раст жени . 1 табл., 2 ил.Use: for obtaining stepped shafts by cross wedge rolling.
