Изобретение относитс к легким бетонам и может быть использовано при производстве трехслойных панелей наружных стен. Цель изобретени - повышение подвижности композиции и снижение коэффициента теплопроводности материала из нее. Композици содержит, мас.%: гипсоце- ментнопуццолановое в жущее 49,64-53,16; латекс 7,97-12,41; гранулы пенополистирола 9,03-10,63; пенообразователь 1,59-1,81; хлорид кальци 0,05-0,45; вода 26,56-26,66. Подвижность смеси 21-24 см ОК, плотность бетона 110-130 кг/м3, коэффициент теплопроводности 0,054-0,060 Вт/м.к. 1 табл.The invention relates to lightweight concrete and can be used in the production of three-layer exterior wall panels. Композици предлагаемого состава имеет высокую подвижность за счет введени пенообразовател , который повышает однородность смеси, исключает ее расслаи- ваемость, дает возможность снизить расход в жущего и тем самым уменьшить коэффициент теплопроводности. Гранулы пенополистирола в количестве 10,67 мас.% загружают в быстроходный (п-120-180 об/мин) лопастной бетоносмеситель . Затем в 26,56 мас.% воды последовательно раствор ют 1,59 мас.%, пенообразовател ТЭАС-К, 0,05 мас.% хлорида кальци и 7,97 мас.% эмульсии латекса СКС-65ГП. Полученный раствор при перемешивании гранул пенополистирола ввод т в бетоносмеситель. Перемешивание производ т в течение 60-70 с до образовани крупнопористой пеномассы. Затем в работающий бетоносмеситель постепенно добавл ют 53,16 мас.% гипсоцементопуц- цоланового в жущего, после чего дополнительное перемешивание осуществл ютExample 1.
