Изобретение относитс к способам изготовлени плавленолитых огнеупоров, примен емых в стекловарении и металлургии . Цель изобретени - повышение плотности и коррозионной стойкости. Способ изготовлени плавленолитых огнеупоров включает плавление шихты, заливку расплава в форму, обжиг с изотермической выдержкой при 1310-1500°С под слоем огнеупорного теплоизол ционного материала с коэффициентом тепловой аккумул ции 0,01-0,06 в течение 2-5 ч при 1310-1500°С и последующее охлаждение со скоростью 4- 19°С/ч до 40°С. Плотность полученных огнеупоров 3,8-4,1 г/см3, уменьшение объема в % к исходному 0,1-0,5. 1 табл.This invention relates to methods for producing fused cast refractories used in glass melting and metallurgy. Сущность способа изготовлени плавленолитых огнеупоров заключаетс в следующем . В электродуговой печи плав т шихту, содержащую оксид хрома, оксид кальци и оксид алюмини , расплав заливают в графитовую форму, затем изотермическую выдер- жку ведут под слоем огнеупорного теплоизол ционного материала с коэффициентом тепловой аккумул ции 0,01-0,06 при 1310-1500°С в течение 2-5 ч. охлаждение изделий осуществл ют со скоростью 4- 19°С/чдо40°С.The essence of the method for manufacturing fused cast refractories is as follows.
