С целью снижени температуры обжига при одновременном уменьшении во- допоглощени , керамическа масса включает следующие компоненты, мас.%: тугоплавка глина 15-20; огнеупорна глина 15-17; стеклобой 10-15; фосфогипс 20- 40; перлит 5-20; кварцевый песок 10-15. Физико-механические показатели плиток следующие: водопоглощение 2,9-3,2%, усадка 1,2-1,9%, термостойкость 125°С, температура обжига 950°С. 2 табл.The invention relates to the production of facade tiles with a high-speed firing mode.
