Abstract
Изобретение относитс к большегрузным биотермическим барабанам дл переработки бытового мусора в компост. Целью изобретени вл етс оптимизаци процесса аэрации перерабатываемыхотходов и повышение надежности рароты системы. Дл этого каждый участок биобарабана снабжен собственной подачей воздуха, при этом в каждой системе между вентил торами 1 и кольцевыми воздуховодами 3 установлены обратные клапаны 7, а на кольцевых воздуховодах 3 смонтированы форсунки 5 дл подачи сжатого воздуха. В результате в каждой зоне'переработки, соответствующей одноразовой порции отходов, поддерживаетс оптимальна температура и подаетс необходимое количество воздуха, а в случае засорени форсунок 5 сраба- тывает обратный клапан 7 и сжатым воздухом осуществл етс продувка форсунок 5. 1 ил.елСThis invention relates to heavy biothermal drums for processing domestic waste into compost. The aim of the invention is to optimize the process of aeration of recyclable waste and improve the reliability of the system layout. To do this, each section of the bio-drum is equipped with its own air supply; in each system, check valves 7 are installed between the fans 1 and the ring ducts 3, and the nozzles 5 are mounted on the ring ducts 3 to supply compressed air. As a result, in each processing zone, the corresponding one-time portion of waste, the optimum temperature is maintained and the required amount of air is supplied, and in case of clogging of the injectors 5, the check valve 7 is activated and the nozzles 5 are blown out with compressed air.

Система подачи воздуха в большегрузный биотермический барабан включает вентил торы 1 с нагревательными элементами, расположенные на внешней поверхности цилиндрического корпуса 2, кольцевые воздуховоды 3, соединенные с продольными воздуховодами 4, на которых установлены форсунки 5 и штуцера 6 дл подвода сжатого воздуха.
