Изобретение относитс к медицинской технике. Цель - сокращение времени операции при повышении удобства пользовани и осуществление срезани излишка спицы. Спиценат гиватель содержит взаимно подпружиненные шарнирно соединенные ры з чаги 1,2с прижимной 3 и опорной 4 бран- шами, причем в бранше 3 имеетс подпружиненный заклинивающий ролик 5. в бранше 4 - дополнительный заклинивающий ролик 6. Ролики 5, 6 выполнены в виде эксцентриков с ос ми, расположенными параллельно и в одной плоскости. Устройство также снабжено механизмом 7 срезани спицы, выполненным в виде установленного неподвижно на боковой поверхности 8 брэнши 4 неподвижного ножа 9 с отверстием 10 под спицу и шарнирно ножа 11 с отверстием 12 и с подпружиненной руко ткой 13, образующей острый угол с браншей 4, при этом отверсти 10 и 12 соосны.
