Abstract
Изобретение относитс к грохочению сыпучих материалов и м.б. использовано в горно-рудной, металлургической отрасл х пром-сти, строительстве и др. Цель - повышение эффективности грохочени . На стенках короба 1 посредством концевых опор (КО), расположенных под углом к горизонтальной плоскости в продольном направлении грохота, закреплено сито (С) 3. На С 3 вдоль продольной оси грохота закреплена балка (Б) 10. Вибровозбудителем 4, св занным с Б 10, возбуждаютс колебани С 3. Под действием вибрации частицы материала перемещаютс вдоль С 3. Траектори их движени имеет зигзагообразную форму за счет установки участков С 3, расположенных по обе стороны от Б 10, с наклоном вниз от КО к Б 10. Дл обеспечени равномерного распределени частиц по С 3 при грохоче- нии влажных материалов Б 10 закреплена под углом к плоскости, в которой расположены КО.
