Abstract

FIELD: turbine manufacture. SUBSTANCE: cooled vane has hollow blade 1 with hemispherical recesses 2 on the internal surface, in whose centre holes 5 for drainage of coolant into the circulating part of the turbine are provided. Swirlers are positioned before the hemispherical recesses, they provide formation of a stable vortex on the surface of the hemispherical recess. Vortex causes an increase of convective heat exchange coefficient in hemispherical recesses by 1.5 to 2 times as compared with smooth flow. EFFECT: improved design. 4 cl, 6 dwg
