Abstract
FIELD: aircraft industry, space engineering. SUBSTANCE: panel has skin 1 and stiffening members in the form of stringers 2 and crosswise stiffeners 3. The stiffening members are formed by three structural members 4 - 6 comprising continuous layers and made in the form of integrated structure directly adjoining the surface of skin 1. Th layers of upper and middle portions 7 and 14, flanges of stringer 2 together with upper base 17 of layer 6 form a flange 20 of the stringer. Layers of upper and middle portions 8 and 15 of stringer 2 webs together with side webs 18 of layer 6 form webs 21 of stringer 2. Layers of upper and lower portions 9 and 16 of stringer 2 lugs form lugs 22 of stringer 2. Layers of upper portion 9 of stringer 2 lugs are also used as lugs 10 of stiffener 3. The panel is spread on blocks 25 and 26 of metallic equipment. Layers of the first structural member 4 of panel stiffening are spread on the blocks to form upper portion of flange 7, webs 8 and lugs 9 of the stringer, as well as lugs 10 and 11. Then blocks 25 and 26 are assembled to form generating surface. As this takes place, layers of web 12 of the stiffener of adjoining blocks 25 and 26 of the equipment form stiffener web. Stiffening member 23 is installed in the point of transforming stiffener web into lugs 10 and 11. Then layers of the second structural member 5 of the panel stiffener are spread over entire surface of the assembled equipment. The layers form middle portion of flanges 14, webs 15 and lower portion of lugs 16 of the stringer. Then layer 6 is installed.
