Глазурь получают следующим образом. Составные компоненты: метасиликат кальци , сода кальцинированна , глина ка- кавадзорска , кварцевый песок, оксид титана дозируют, перемешивают, загружают в печь дл варки фритты. Температура варки 1100-1230°С. В приготовленную фритту добавл ют воду, каолин (10% от массы фритты ), гипс (0,25 % выше 100% от фритты и каолина), измельчают. Мэтодом окунани или пульверизацией глазурь нанос т на керамический черепок.Glaze was prepared as follows.
