Больной Р-аль В.А. 2 мес. 2 дн, истори болезни Ms 1434, заболел остро - по вилась тошнота, многократна рвота, частый жидкий стул со слизью, судороги, Спуст 12 ч от момента заболевани был доставлен в стационар. Из посева кала выделена культура сальмонеллы тифимуриум. Установлен диагноз: сальмонеллез, гастро- энтеритическа форма, т желое течение, В стационаре состо ние ребенка оставалось т желым, повысилась температура тела до 39°С, отмечалась многократна рвота, частый жидкий стул со слизью, судороги. Ребенку проводилась интенсивна терапи с введением солевых растворов и специфической иммунной антисальмонеллезной плазмы . На вторые и третьи сутки ребенку было перелито по 50 мл препарата внутривенно. Реакции на введение плазмы не было. Спуст 6 ч после введени антисальмонеллезной плазмы и ребенка прекратилась рвота, улучшилось общее состо ние, стал самосто тельно сосать грудь, по вилось мочеиспускание , нормализовалась температура тела, стул стал кашицеобразный до 2-х раз в сутки, без патологических примесей. Через 1 сут было проведено повторное введение 50 мл антисальмонеллезной плазмы.Example.
