В предлагаемом комбайне дл очистки корней свеклы от земли, ботвы и растительных остатков применено корнеочистительное устройство , выполненное в виде накопительной камеры с подвижным дном, в передней части которой расположена очистительна горка, набранна из нижнего граненого и пары цилиндрических встречно вращающихс валиков , а в задней ее части установлен плавающий , с винтовой поверхностью, барабан. Дл дообрезки остатков ботвы с корней свеклы на среднем цилиндрическом валике очистительной горки смонтированы продольные ножи, а с целью лучщей раскладки ботвы по длине емкости транспортных средств комбайн снабжен транспортером с регулируемым углом наклона.
