Abstract
Изобретение относитс к технике подземного ремонта, а именно к устройствам дл установки Металлических пластырей дл восстановлени герметичности обсадных труб. Цель изобретени - упрощение конструкции устройства и снижение его массы. Это достигаетс тем, что полый шток 12, телескопически установленный в корпусе 6, жестко св зан с полой-штангой 3, зафиксирован в исходном положении на корпусе 6 и снабжен ограничителем 5 и фиксатором конечного положени в виде Стопорного кольца 14, дл которого на внутренней поверхности транспортной колонны 15 выполнена кольцева проточка 16. При этом рассто ние между стопорным кольцом 14 и кольцевой проточкой 16 в исходном положении выбрано равным длине хода дорнирую- щей головки 4, т.е. рассто нию от нижнего торца корпуса 6 до ограничител 5. После фиксации устройства в обсадной трубе 20 в заданном интервале приступают к запрессовке пластыр 18 посредством продавле- ни дорнирующей головки 4 через пластырь 18 весом НКТ. При этом срезаетс штифт 22, а жидкость под давлением через отверстие 7 поступает в полость манжеты 8 и выдвигает подвижные секторы 9 в рабочее положение . После этого корь отключаетс от обсадной трубы 20 и дальнейша запрессовка пластыр 18 осуществл етс под давлением в головке 4 при возвратно-поступательном перемещении инструмента, 2 ил. сл сThe invention relates to a technique of underground repair, namely to devices for installing metal plasters to restore the tightness of casing.
