FIELD: organic chemistry, heterocyclic compounds. SUBSTANCE: product: 3-(2-diethylaminoethylthio)-1,2,4-triazino-[5,6-b] -indolyl-5- acetamide hydrochloride. Synthesis is carried out by reaction of 3-mercapto-1,2,4-triazino-[5,6-b] -indole with 2-diethylaminoethyl-chloride hydrochloride followed by conversion of obtained product to 3-(2-diethylaminoethylthio)- 1,2,4-triazino-[5,6-b]-indole sodium salt and the following interaction with α-chloroacetamide. Yield is 79.2%, m. p. is 126 C, empirical formula is CHNOS, value LD= 450 mg/kg. EFFECT: detection of compounds with enhanced activity. 1 tbl
