Abstract
Изобретение относитс к измерительной технике и предназначено дл измерени крут щего момента на валу а различных машинах и механизмах и определени таким образом качества сборки. Цель изобретени - расширение диапазона измер емых изделий и повышение точности измерений. На вал исследуемого механизма устанавливаетс и жестко крепитс перпендикул рно валу рычаг с грузом массой т. Начальное рассто ние 10 от центра массы груза до оси вращени устанавливаетс минимальным. Величины 10 и m выбираютс из услови ml(. Мп , где Мп - номинальный крут щий момент на валу. Грузу сообщаетс движение с заданным ускорением а. Как только величина крут щего момента, создаваемого грузом, превысит величину момента сопротивлени вала, начнетс его вращение. Рычаг с грузом повернетс на 90°, при этом груз опишет траекторию OOi, котора будет представл ть собой эпюру фактического крут щего момента на валу Сравнива фактическую эпюру с контрольной, суд т о величине крут щего момента на валу. Устройство дл осуществлени способа включает двуплечий рычаг, состо щий из штанг 1 и 2, закрепленных в обойме 3. Штанга 1 имеет винтовую наружную поверхность, штанга 2 - цилиндрическую. На рычаге установлен груз с массой 4 и 5, жестко св занными между собой т гой 6. Груз 5 установлен на штанге 2 с зазором Кажда из штанг имеет ограничители 7 и 8. Масса груза 4 состоит из массы электродвигател 9 и массы зубчатой передачи 10, одна из шестерен которой сопр гаетс с штангой 1 по винтовой поверхности . Опора 11 воспринимает реактивный момент электродвигател .
