Изобретение относитс к элементам конструкций теплообменных аппаратов и может быть использовано в теплообменниках тепловых и атомных станций. Повышение технологичности и снижение металлоемкости обеспечиваетс выполнением дистанционирующих элементов на планках 2 в виде выштамповок 3, расположенных на продольной оси планки и имеющих форму тел вращени с боковой образующей в виде части эллипса, образованного сечением трубы под углом, равным углу навивки труб дистанционируемого р да. Если ширина зазора между р дами труб превышает толщину планок 2, то на них может быть выполнен продольный гофр 4 высотой, равной ширине этого зазора. В выштамповках 3 могут быть выполнены осевые отверсти 5. Устройство применимо дл пучка змеевиковых труб, размещенных коаксиальными р дами и навитых в каждом р ду под углом к оси пучка. При этом трубы могут иметь как левостороннюю, так и правостороннюю навивку. Элементы устройства выполнены штамповкой из тонколистового металла, что упрощает технологию их изготовлени и сборку теплообменника. 2 з.п. ф-лы, 4 ил.The invention relates to structural elements of heat exchangers and can be used in heat exchangers of thermal and nuclear power plants.
