Изобретение относитс к гидромеханизации и предназначено дл разработки сапропел . Цель - повышение эффективности разработки. Грунтозаборное устройство включает осевой грунтовой насос в виде шнека 1 и рыхлитель 2, установленные на валу 3. На последнем между грунтовым насосом и напорным патрубком 5 установлен выправл ющий аппарат (ВА) 4. Выполнен ВА с соплами 6 и коллектором 7, соединенными с источником 8 сжатого газа посредством газопровода 9. Сопла 6 установлены на лопаст х 10 ВА 4 и направлены в полость нагнетательного патрубка 5. При вращении шнека 1 и рыхлител 2 разрыхленный сапропель поступает на шнек 1 и нагнетаетс через ВА 4 и напорный патрубок 5 к потребителю. Одновременно с включением приводного двигател шнека 1 включаетс и привод источника 8 сжатого газа. Истека из сопел 6, газ перемешиваетс с водогрунтовой смесью и разжижает ее, значительно снижа в зкость. Пузырьки газа обеспечивают смазку перекачиваемого материала по стенке напорного патрубка 5, что снижает потери на трение. За счет этого обеспечиваетс эффективность разработки сапропел . 3 ил.This invention relates to hydromechanization and is intended to develop sapropel. When the screw 1 and the ripper 2 are rotated, the loosened sapropel enters the screw 1 and is pumped through BA 4 and the pressure pipe 5 to the consumer. Simultaneously with the activation of the drive motor of the screw 1, the drive of the source 8 of the compressed gas is also activated. After discharge from the nozzles 6, the gas is mixed with the water-soil mixture and liquefies it, significantly reducing viscosity. Gas bubbles provide lubrication of the pumped material along the wall of the discharge pipe 5, which reduces friction losses. This ensures the effectiveness of the development of sapropel. 3 il.
