Abstract

Изобретение относитс  к устройствам дл  переработки шлаков черной и цветной металлургии. Целью изобретени   вл етс  повышение степени утилизации тепла шлака. Устройство содержит два вращающихс  в противоположных направлени х барабана 1, желоб 5 подачи расплава, прорезной нож 4. Каждый барабан 1 заполнен промежуточным теплоносителем 2 в нижней части, по оси его смонтирован теплообменник 3, а между последним и барабаном - перфорированна  обечайка 7 с лопатками 9. Барабан и обечайка имеют индивидуальные приводы. За счет этого теплоноситель равномерно распредел етс  по всему периметру барабана, максимально утилизируетс  тепло шлака. 5 ил.The invention relates to a device for processing slags from ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy.
