Abstract
Изобретение относитс к камнелитейному производству, в частности к процессу подготовки и транспортировки расплава, и может быть использовано в камнелитейных цехах и участках. Целью изобретени вл етс улучшение перемешивани расплава и повышение производительности. Установка дл получени петрургического расплава содержит плавильную печь 1 и копильник 4, соединенные обогреваемым футерованным каналом 2, а также содержит соединенную с копильником 4 распределительную камеру 5 со съемным сводом 6. Канал 2 выполнен сужающимс с соотношением диаметра входного и выходного отверстий 1,4-1,8, при этом глубина копильника составл ет 0,1-0,2 его внутреннего диаметра. Установка обеспечивает непрерывную подачу расплава в формы литейного конвейера. 2 ил. 1 табл.The invention relates to the stone industry, in particular the process of preparing and transporting the melt, and can be used in stone shops and sites.
