Abstract
Тренажер относитс к медицине, в частности к ортопедии и невролгии, и предназначен дл профилактики и оздоровлени больных с распространенным остеохондрозом позвоночника. Цель изобретени - повышение эффективности профилактики остеохондроза позвоночника путем имитации верховой езды с различными амплитудно-фазочастотными режимами воздействи на пациента. Тренажер содержит основание 1, элемент фиксации пациента - седло 8 и электропривод. Подвижно в вертикальных направл ющих 4 основани 1 установлены две пары стоек 2,3, снабженных амортизаторами 9-12. Верхний конец 5 каждой стойки 2,3 шарнирно св зан с седлом 8, а нижние концы 15,16 стоек 2,3 сопр жены с шарнирно-рычажными механизмами 17,18 в виде шарнирных трехзвенников 19-21 и 22-24, средние звень 20,23 которых шарнирно св заны т гами 27,28 с корпусом 29 соответствующего тормозного узла 30. Все тормозные узлы 30 насажены на общий вал 35 электропривода, оснащенного маховиком. Тормозные узлы 30 выполнены каждый в виде гидравлического роторного насоса, обе рабочие полости которого - всасывающа 33 и нагнетающа 34 замкнуты между собой перепускным каналом, в котором установлен регулируемый источник (РИ) направленного электрического пол . Рабочие полости 33,34 насосов и перепускные каналы заполнены электрореологической жидкостью. The simulator contains a base 1, the patient fixation element - the saddle 8 and the electric drive. Moving in the vertical guides 4 of the base 1, two pairs of racks 2,3 are fitted with shock absorbers 9-12. The upper end 5 of each rack 2.3 is pivotally connected to the saddle 8, and the lower ends 15.16 of the uprights 2.3 are mated to the pivot-lever mechanisms 17.18 in the form of three-bearing hinges 19-21 and 22-24, middle links 20 , 23 of which are pivotally connected in 27.28 with the housing 29 of the corresponding brake assembly 30. All brake assemblies 30 are mounted on a common shaft 35 of an electric drive equipped with a flywheel. The brake units 30 are each made in the form of a hydraulic rotary pump, the two working cavities of which are the suction 33 and the delivery 34 are closed by an overflow channel, in which an adjustable source (RI) of the directional electric field is installed. The working cavity 33,34 pumps and bypass channels are filled with electrorheological fluid. Adjustable sources of the directed electric field RI are connected to the program control unit. 3 il.
