The purpose of the invention is the expansion of technological capabilities by ensuring the removal of rubble from the road without cleaning.

The machine comprises a frame 1 supported by two self-propelled two-axle bogies. On the frame 1, the cesspool bodies are mounted, which include two identical two-jointed chains 2 with scrapers 3 symmetrically located on the sides of the frame. The chains move in the guides 4 along the cutting knife 5. On the frame 1 of the machine, there is a two-piece cleaning device 6 that performs two functions: cleaning rubble or transfer of rubble to the conveyor 7 for further loading into gondola cars. The rubble cleaning device 6 covers the mesh belt 8 the sump bodies in the area of their unloading and bends around the roller batteries 9, tension 10, drive 11 and 12 deflection rollers. The mesh belt 8 is driven from the electric motor 13 through a gearbox with a reverse. Tape 8 consists of a working branch 14, where rubble is cleaned under the action of centrifugal force, and an idle branch 15.

The chip machine 6 has additional deflecting rollers 16. If the machine carries only rubble, then the tape is removed from the roller batteries 9, bends around the horizontal tensioning sprockets 10, as well as the additional rollers 15 located at the height of their diameter 11. At the same time, the working branch 17 is located in front of the additional deflecting roller 16, since gravel from the cesspool bodies falls on it. Between the working branch 17 and the idle horizontal branch 18 is placed a sheet 19, which forms a horizontal pad 20 so as not to rub over rubble. The belt 8 in this case moves in the opposite direction towards the conveyor 7. The machine also includes a hopper 21 with nozzles 22, a conveyor 23 for supplying rubble into open wagons 24, and an additional tensioning device 25.

The machine works as follows.

To clean the gravel ballast or its fence for further transportation, the sump bodies are installed under the path on both sides of the machine. The rubble is cleaned as follows. The sump wing is opened and lowered by an amount sufficient to remove the full layer of crushed stone ballast. Then, the cesspool device turns E1 and its lower part winds under the path, perpendicular to its axis. In the process of turning, the scrapers 3 scrape the rubble out from under the path, making room for the cesspool.
