Диспергатор содержит корпус 1 с патрубком 2 дл входа и патрубком 3 дл выхода продукта, транспортирующее устройство 4, ротор 5 с перфорированным буртом. 6 и спиралеобразными каналами 7, статор 8 с перфорированным буртом 9 и спиралеобразными каналами 10, выходную камеру 11. Продукт поступает через патрубок 2, подхватываетс устройством 4, передаетс в каналы 7 ротора 5 и каналы 10 статора 8.
