Abstract
Изобретение относитс к области медицины , а именно к травматологии и ортопедии , и может быть применено при эндопротезировании тазобедренных суставов . Цель изобретени - исключение повышени внутрикостного давлени . Эндопротез состоит из чашки, в которой под фиксирующим фланцем подвижно закреплена сферическа головка с шейкой, опорной плитой и резьбовой ножкой. Через центр ножки проходит тонкий канал, выход щий через шейку более широким резьбовым отверстием, которое имеет сферическую горловину, переход щую в канал . На горловину уложен полусферический клапан, прижимаемый пружиной, сжимаемой винтом без шл пки, но со шлицей под отвертку и осевым каналом.
