Abstract
Изобретение относитс к медицине, а именно к травматологии, и предназначен - но дл обеспечени введени штифта в костномозговую полость при предварительной репозиции фрагментов кости. Направл ющее устройство содержит штангу 1 с кронштейном 2, имеющим направи- тель, и установленные на штанге 1 односторонний стержневой костный захват 3, а на кронштейне 2 - двухсторонний стержневой костный захват 4. Штанга 1 св зана с кронштейном 2 посредством резьбового стержн 5, соединенного со штангой 1 разъемным сферическим шарниром 6, а с кронштейном 2 - муфтой 7. Кронштейн 2 выполнен с прорез ми 10 и 11 под напра- витель, последний выполнен в виде втулки 12 со сферической наружной поверхностью . Установив захваты 3 и 4 в костные фрагменты и отрепонировав их с помощью стержн 5 шарнира 6 и муфты 7, ориентируют втулку 12, сверл т через нее отверстие и ввод т штифт. 4 ил.The invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology, and is intended - but to ensure the insertion of the pin into the bone marrow cavity with preliminary reposition of the bone fragments.
