Abstract

Изобретение относитс к медицинской технике, а именно к устройствам дл лечени переломов и заболеваний костей. Цель - уменьшение травматичности путем обеспечени одновременной коррекции отломков во всех плоскост х. Аппарат содержит кольцевые опоры 1 со спицами 2, св занные регулируемыми ст жками 3 с размещенными на них кронштейнами 4 с шарнирно установленными в них крепежными концами 5 ст жек 3, выполненных в виде св занных телескопически стержней 6 и втулок 7 с шаровыми головками 8 на крепежных концах 5. Стержни 6 снабжены продольными зубчатыми рейками 9, на втулках 7 закреплены ст жными болтами 10 корпуса 11 с установленными в них колесами 12, св занными со стержн ми 6 реечной передачей. Кронштейны 4 выполнены в виде парных цанговых зажимов 13, св занных между собой прижимными планками 14 с распорными болтами 15, а концы 16 зажимов 13 и болты 15 установлены на опорах 1. Коррекци отломков происходит при выдвижении или укорочении ст жек 3, что осуществл етс поворотом колеса 11 в ту или иную сторону. 4 ил.The invention relates to medical technology, namely to devices for the treatment of fractures and bone diseases.
