Целью изобретени вл етс уменьшение температуры обжига, температурного коэффициента линейного расширени , истираемости, увеличение термостойкости и блеска. Глазурь готов т следующим образом.The glaze is prepared as follows.
Шихтовые материалы совместно с мелющими добавками загружают в шаровую мельницу мокрого помола. Глазурь измельчают до остатка 0,06 % на сите 0056, влажность глазурной суспензии составл ет 35-36%. Глазурь нанос т на сырец пульфоном или поливом и обжигают однократно в роликовой печи в течение 70 мин. Максимальна температура обжига составл ет 1000°С. Покрытие имеет хороший розлив и блеск (62%), дефекты, отсутствуют.Charge materials together with grinding additives are loaded into a wet grinding ball mill.
