Abstract
Изобретение относитс к обогатительным процессам и может быть использовано дл получени из отвальных золошлаковых смесей ТЭС остеклованных фракций с размерами частиц 0,3-5 мм. Целью изобретени вл етс обеспечение возможности эффективного разделени смесей с повышенным содержанием мелких фракций 0,3-5 мм и увеличение их выхода в готовом продукте. Дл этого смесь в процессе подачи смачивают с поверхности распыленной водой в количестве 2-3 л/м2 поверхности смеси и выдерживают в течение 20-40 с. Затем провод т орошение смеси на грохотах с возрастающим расходом воды по ходу движени смеси при суммарном расходе воды 0,8-1,0 т/м3 смеси.Длину зоны орошени устанавливают равной 0,5-0,7 общей длины зоны грохочени .Устройство,с помощью которого осуществл ют способ,включает приемный бункер 1,вибропитатель 2,транспортер 3 узла подачи смеси с установленной в зоне загрузки распыл ющей форсункой, грохот 5 с двух русными ситами, многощелевую систему орошени с увеличивающимс регулируемым размером щелей, шлакоприемный короб 9, пульпопровод 10 и транспортер 11 отбора готового продукта.
