Abstract

Изобретение относитс к разделению измельченных материалов по магнитным свойствам и м.б. использовано при обогащении магнетитовых кварцитов. Цель изобретени - повышение произв-сти и качества сепарации. Барабанный магнитный сепаратор включает улитковый захват 6, прикрепленный к стенке наклонного желоба 13 дл выделени промпродукта с возможностью перемещени в горизонтальной плоскости в направлении к внутренней стенке рабочего органа (РО) 2. При этом внутри РО 2 расположено брызгало 7, а РО 2 охватывает магнитна система (МС) 1. Исходный материал поступает в РО 2, где под действием МС 1 часть материала, обладающего магнитными свойствами,прит гиваетс к стенке РО 2 и перемещаетс вместе с ним. Т.к. частицы, обладающие повышенными магнитными свойствами, наход тс ближе у стенки РО 2, а частицы с менее магнитными свойствами - дальше, то при их взаимодействии с захватом 6 эти частицы, вл ющиес промпродуктом, попадают в желоб 13. Немагнитные фракции стекают в нижнюю часть РО 2, перелива сь через кольцевые перегородки 3 из секции 11 РО 2 в секции 10 и 9, и разгружаютс в приемник. 2 ил.The invention relates to the separation of crushed materials according to magnetic properties and may be. used in the enrichment of magnetite quartzite.
