Изобретение относитс  к медицине, а именно к травматологии, и может быть использовано дл  протезировани  тазобедренного и плечевого суставов. Цель изобретени  - уменьшение расшатывани  эндоп- ротеза в костно-мозговом канале путем снижени  трени  между его элементами. Эндо- протез состоит из чашки 1, шарообразной головки 2 и изогнутой ножки 3, котора  закрепл етс  в костно-мозговом канале бедренной кости. На поверхности шарообразной головки выполнены круглые углублени  4, в каждом из которых размещаютс  шарики 5, Конструкци  сводит контакт между суставными поверхност ми к нескольким точкам и трение резко уменьшаетс , вместе с этим уменьшаетс  расшатывание эндопро- теза.4 ил.The invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology, and can be used for prosthetic hip and shoulder joints.
