Abstract
FIELD: chemical engineering. SUBSTANCE: reaction crystallizer has vertical body 1 with central circulating pipe 2, mixing device 3 and concentric partition 4; spraying pumps with diffusers 7, connected with located in lower part of body 1 branch pipes 8 for reagents feeding. Receiving chambers 9 of spraying mumps 6 are connected by branch pipes 10 with body 1 in zone, located between lower butt of concentric partition 4 and level pointer 5 at exceeding 6 d space from pointer with d - diameter of branch pipe 10. After crystallizer is filled with reagent solution switching on mixing device 3, initial solutions are fed in spraying mumps 6. Having been mixed with reagent solution in receiving chambers 9 initial solution is fed in lower part of body 1. EFFECT: increase of size and similarity degree of sediment particles due to creation of conditions providing low supersaturation and excluding mechanical destruction of particles under any intensity of circulation. 1 dwg
