Изобретение позвол ет повысить эффективность использовани  энергии ветра. Лопасти 1 закреплены на бесконечной ленте 2, охватывающей шкивы 3, установленные на валах и св занные с поворотной рамой 5, имеющей колеса, взаимодействующие с замкнутой кольцевой колеей 7, св занной с основанием 8. На раме 5 закреплена ветрозащитна  камера 9, охватывающа  подветренную часть ленты 2 и имеюща  эжектор 11 с трубопроводом 12 и раструбы 13, полости которых св заны с полостью камеры 9. Один из валов св зан с генератором и размещен в центре колеи 7, валы установлены вертикально. Эффективность установки достигаетс  созданием разрежени  в камере 9 впереди лопастей 1 и наддува за лопаст ми 1. 2 ил.The invention makes it possible to increase the efficiency of using wind energy.
