Abstract

Изобретение относитс к обработке металлов давлением и может быть использовано в штамповых блоках дл холодной штамповки. Цель изобретени - повышение надежности в работе и удобства эксплуатации за счет сокращени времени на переналадку. В блоке штампа, содержащего верхнюю и нижнюю плиты, между которыми расположен сменный пакет, направл ющие колонки 11 и втулки 12 и 13, применены пневмоцилиндры. Штоки 7 и 8 последних, перемеща сь, толкают направл ющую колонку 11, котора при верхнем положении штока 8 служит дл фиксации деталей сменного пакета, а при нижнем положении этого штока вл етс направл ющей при работе блока штампа. 4 ил.The invention relates to the processing of metals by pressure and can be used in die blocks for cold forming.
