Description
METHOD FOR ADDING OBJECTIVES TO ANTI-CONDITION A method is known for imparting anti-rotting properties to cellulosic materials by impregnating them with an alkaline solution of chlorlignin or nitrolignin and subsequent treatment with salts of copper and chromium. Such impregnation gives high anti-rotting properties to cellulosic materials. However, due to the insufficient solubility of pitrolignin and chlorlignin, this method does not find wide application. It has been proposed to use sulfonated nitrolignin and lignin oxidized with hydrogen peroxide as derivatives of lignin, released from the wastes of the hydrolysis industry, which makes it possible to obtain cellulosic materials with high and stable anti-rot properties. Example. Linen canvas cloth (art. 11104) is impregnated with a solution containing the MATERIAL I - .. ;; / YOUR PROPERTIES i «- 2lisg;: g; / zazhimu 30 g / l of sunflower and 10 g / l of caustic on a pad in two passes or on a dyeing pass machine - in two boxes. The impregnated fabric is fixed with a solution containing 18 g / l of copper sulfate and 6 g / l of chrompeak. Then the fabric is washed with hot and cold water and dried. The subject of the invention is a method of imparting anti-rotting properties to cellulosic materials by treating the latter with an alkaline solution of lignin derivatives followed by treatment with salts of copper and chromium, characterized in that sulfonated nitrolignin or lignin oxidized with hydrogen peroxide is used as lignin derivatives.
