Abstract

Изобретение относитс  к медицине, а именно к ортопедической стоматологии. Целью изобретени   вл етс  повышение надежности фиксации подвижных зубов при любой степени заболеваний пародонта и улучшение косметических свойств устройства. Цель достигаетс  с помощью устройства - шины, котора  состоит из оральной дуги 1, идущей по небной или  зычной поверхности коронок зубов, повтор ющей их конфигурацию и располагающейс  между экватором и жевательно-режущей поверхностью зубов. Второй частью устройства  вл етс  вестибул рный кламмер 2, располагающийс  между экватором и шейкой зуба. Оральна  дуга имеет три утолщени  3 и 4 овальной формы : одно в  зычном отделе, два в месте соединени  дуги 1 и кламмера 2 за последним имеющимс  зубом. Между утолщени ми 3 в жевательном отделе и дистальной поверхностью зубов имеетс  пространство-компенсатор 5 усадки, позвол ющий компенсировать усадку металла. 4 ил.The invention relates to medicine, namely to orthopedic dentistry. The aim of the invention is to increase the reliability of fixation of mobile teeth for any degree of periodontal disease and to improve the cosmetic properties of the device. The goal is achieved with the aid of a device, a splint, which consists of an oral arc 1, running along the palatal or lingual surface of the crowns of the teeth, repeating their configuration and located between the equator and the chewing-cutting surface of the teeth. The second part of the device is the vestibular clasp 2, located between the equator and the neck of the tooth. The oral arc has three thickenings 3 and 4 of oval shape: one in a loud compartment, two at the junction of arc 1 and clasp 2 for the last available tooth. Between the thickenings 3 in the chewing section and the distal surface of the teeth, there is a shrink-compensating space 5, which makes it possible to compensate for the shrinkage of the metal. 4 il.
