Изобретение относится к силикатным эмалям, предназначенным для эмалирования чугунных санитарно-технических изделий.
Целью изобретения является повышение растекаемости.
Конкретные составы эмали приведены в табл.1.
Для уменьшения стоимости часть компонентов в эмаль вводят через ваграночный шлак (до 7 мае.2) и отходы титановой эмали Т - 5 к (до 9 мае.2). Фтор вводится в виде криолита и отходов титановой эмали, находится в связанном состоянии и при варке эмали не улетучивается в окружающую среду.
Получение эмали осуществляют по известной технологиисмешение компонентов шихты, варка эмалевого стекла с последующей грануляцией в воду, сушка гранулята, сухой помол фритты в мельнице.
Эмаль наносят перед покровной эмалью на грунтовую эмаль согласно технологии порошкового эмалирования чугунных изделий. Эмаль может быть нанесена как вручную, так и с помощью робота-манипулятора.
Свойства эмали приведены в табл.2,
Предлагаемая эмаль может, быть использована в качестве промежуточного слоя для защитного покрытия . чугунных санитарно-технических приборов.

The invention relates to silicate enamels, intended for enameling cast-iron sanitary ware.
The aim of the invention is to increase the spreadability.
Specific enamel compositions are given in table 1.
To reduce the cost of the components in the enamel is injected through cupola slag (up to May 7.2) and waste of titanium enamel T - 5 K (up to 9 May.2). Fluorine is introduced in the form of cryolite and waste titanium enamel, is in a bound state and when boiling enamel does not evaporate into the environment.
Enamel production is carried out using a known technology, mixing the components of the mixture, boiling the enamel glass, followed by granulation into water, drying the granulate, and dry grinding of frit in a mill.
The enamel is applied before the surface enamel on the ground enamel according to the technology of powder enameling of cast iron products. Enamel can be applied both manually and with the help of a robotic arm.
