Description

Изобретение относится к медицине, а именно к травматологии и ортопедии, и предназначено, в частности, для фиксирования костных фрагментов при применении накостной пластины.
Цель изобретения - повышение надежности фиксации, а также обеспечение рентгеновского контроля.
На фиг.1 изображено устройство зд для остеосинтеза, в разборе; на фиг.2 - то же, в рабочем положении.
Устройство для остеосинтеза содержит винт 1 из нержавеющей стали и втулку 2, выполненную из физиологи- зд чески совместимого с костной тканью синтетического материала, например, ультравысокомолекулярного'полиэтиле- на. В качестве ограничения введения втулки 2 в кость служит выступающий 20 наружу опорный фланец 3, предназначенный для прилегания к наружной поверхности кортикалиса:. Втулка 2 выполнена с отверстием 4, имеющим ступени · 5-7. Диаметр ступени,7 меньше диамет- 25 ра наружной резьбы винта 1. Благодаря этому вершины резьбы слегка врезаются при ввинчивании винта 1 во внутреннюю стенку втулки 2, не вызывая , однако , расширения втулки 2 на этом участке, зд Диаметр ступени 6 меньше внутреннего · диаметра резьбы винта 1. На этом участке происходит расширение втулки
2, благодаря чему осуществляется закрепление втулки 2 в костной ткани.
'Для облегчения ввинчивания винта· предусмотрены продольные ребра 8, которые могут быть также расположены в виде винтовой линии. Диаметры крайних ступеней 5 и 7 втулки 2 равны, что предотвращает разрыв втулки 2. На участок втулки 2, непосредственно примыкающий к выступающему наружу .
опорному фланцу 3, нанесено металлическое покрытие 9 или надета металлическая оболочка из нержавеющей стали. Благодаря этому покрытию 9 устройство можно видеть на рентгеново ком снимке.
Устройство используют следующим образом.
Сверлят в кости 10 отверстия 11. После этого в отверстие 11 вводят втулку 2 до прилегания ее фланца 3 к крртикалису. После накладывания опорной пластины 12 через имеющееся в ней отверстие ввинчивают во внутрен нее отверстие 4 втулки 2 винт 1. На участке ступени 6 происходит расширение втулки 2, приводящее к ее закреплению в спонгиозе. При помощи головки 13 прижимают опорную пластину 12 к кости.

Claims (2)

  1. Форму ла изобретения
    1. Устройство для остеосинтеза, содержащее втулку с опорным фланцем и наружными ребрами и установленный в ней винтотличающееся тем, что, с целью повышения надежности фиксации, втулка выполнена пластмассовой со ступенчатым продольным отверстием, при этом диаметры, крайних ступеней его равны и меньше наружного диаметра резьбы винта, а диаметр средней ступени отверстия втулки меньше внутреннего диаметра резьбы винта, причем ребра выполнены продольными.
  2. 2. Устройство по п.1, о т л и чающееся тем, что, с целью обеспечения рентгеновского контроля, втулка снаружи выполнена с металлическим покрытием. .
