Abstract
Изобретение относитс к насосостроению и может быть использовано дл перекачивани газонефт ной продукции скважин. Целью изобретени вл етс повышение надежности работы путем исключени элементов дл замера уровн рабочей жидкости. Насос дл перекачивани газожидкостной смеси содержит две емкости 1, 2, трубопроводы 3 и 4 дл подвода и отвода перекачиваемой жидкости, трубопровод 9 подачи рабочей жидкости с установленным в нем насосом 10, вертикальные перфорированные трубы 11, 12 с поплавковыми клапанами 13, 14 в верхней части, четырехходовой кран 15 в трубопроводе 9, мембранный привод, содержащий корпус 16, разделенный мембраной 17 на две полости 18, 19 и кинематически св занный с краном 15, поплавки 20, 21 выполнены с плотностью, большей плотности перекачиваемой, но меньшей плотности рабочей жидкости. При нагнетании рабочей жидкости из емкости 2 в емкость 1 насосом 10 и вытеснении газожидкостной смеси из емкости 1 в трубопровод 4 поплавок 20 поднимаетс и перекрывает клапан 13, давление в емкости 1 повышаетс и путем перемещени мембраны 17 переключаетс кинематически св занный с ней кран 15. 2 ил.The invention relates to pump engineering and can be used for pumping gas and oil well production.
