Abstract
Изобретение относитс к конвейерному транспорту, предназначенному дл раздачи кормов на животноводческих фермах. Цель - повышение технологичности изготовлени рабочего органа. На канате (К) 2 из проволочных пр дей 3 установлены скребки 1 с центральными отверсти ми и зафиксированы крепежными элементами. Крепежные элементы размещены с двух сторон от каждого скребка 1 и выполнены в виде бесконечных полосок фольги (ПФ) 5. Кажда пр дь 3 К 2 выполнена с центрально расположенной проволокой 4. На центрально расположенные проволоки 4 пр дей 3 К 2 с переменным шагом навиты ПФ 5. Причем наименьший шаг навивки ПФ 5 имеют в местах 6 у торцовых поверхностей каждого скребка 1. Рабочий орган, помещенный в трубу, перемещаетс при помощи приводной звездочки. Скребки 1 транспортируют внутри трубы материал. За счет периодического импульсного перемещени в автомате дл навивки К 2 каретки с ПФ 5 в направлении движени навиваемого К 2 обеспечиваетс резкое уменьшение шага ПФ 5. Благодар этому исключаетс необходимость в сложных механизмах дл отрезки и ориентации ПФ 5. 2 ил.The invention relates to a conveyor transport intended for the distribution of feed on livestock farms.
