Abstract
Изобретение относитс к контрольно-измерительной технике и позвол ет повысить точность измерений давлени частотным датчиком за счет стабилизации режима возбуждени резонатора в точке с максимальной крутизной его амплитудно-частотной характеристики. Дл этого, нар ду с управл емым генератором 1, возбудителем колебаний 2, резонатором 3, приемником колебаний 4, усилителем 5, выпр мителем 6, фильтром низкой частоты 7 и дифференциальным усилителем 14, частотный датчик давлени содержит дифференциатор 8, экстрематор 9, схему выборки-хранени 11, линию задержки 12, триггер 13 и четыре ключа 10, 15, 16 и 17. Режим след щей настройки, обеспечиваемый схемой, особенно целесообразен дл низкодобротных зычковых или стержневых резонаторов, дл которых существенна погрешность от паразитного фазового сдвига в автоколебательном контуре либо погрешность настройки на резонанс при возбуждении вынужденных колебаний. 1 ил.The invention relates to instrumentation engineering and makes it possible to increase the accuracy of pressure measurements by a frequency sensor by stabilizing the excitation mode of the resonator at the point with the maximum slope of its amplitude-frequency characteristic.
