Abstract
FIELD: electronics. SUBSTANCE: case 2 of cathode unit embraced with cylindrical screen 20 mounted on case of cathode unit for axial movement is incorporated in cylindrical insulator 1. Annular groove 19 which diameter is equal to diameter of butt of screen 20 is made in face surface of anode flange 18. In process of assembly of electron gun screen 20 is moved towards anode till it is inserted into annular groove 19. After relative positions of cathode and anode are registered ensuring by this their adjustment. Then screen 20 is returned to initial position on case 2 of cathode unit. For stabilization of position of pellet cathode 7 during its heating in process of gun operation pellet of cathode is anchored on wire holder 9 in the form of equilateral triangle resting with vertexes against bearing washer 11 and with centers of sides - into annular groove in side surface of cathode pellet. For control over coaxiality of pellet of cathode 7 with respect to case 2 of cathode unit pellet is anchored on electrode 13 close to cathode for movement in parallel to its plane. EFFECT: increased reliability and prolonged service life of gun by way of additional relative adjustment of cathode and anode and of stabilization of position of cathode in case. 3 cl, 3 dwg
