Abstract
Способ переработки кубовых остатков производства поликристаллического кремния, включающий двустадийное хлорирование кубовых остатков в жидкой фазе с получением тетрахлорида кремния, отличающийся тем, что, с целью снижения взрывоопасности процесса и повышения чистоты получаемого тетрахлорида кремния, используют кубовые остатки с массовым соотношением содержания тетрахлорида кремния и сумма полисилан- и полисилоксанхлоридов, равном 1: 0,05 - 0,11, первую стадию хлорирования осуществляют при массовом соотношении хлора и суммы водородсодержащих полисилан- и полисилоксанхлоридов, равном 0,5 - 0,75:1, затем отгоняют тетрахлорид кремния до массового соотношения содержания тетрахлорида кремния и суммы полисилан- и полисилоксанхлоридов, равного 1:1,0 - 1,85, вторую стадию хлорирования проводят при массовом соотношении хлора и суммы водородсодержащих полисилан- и полисилоксанхлоридов, равном 0,75 - 1:1, затем отгоняют хлорид кремния до содержания его в кубовом остатке 1,2 - 5,0 мас.%.A method of processing bottoms of polycrystalline silicon production, including two-stage chlorination of bottoms in the liquid phase to produce silicon tetrachloride, characterized in that bottom residues with a mass ratio of the content of silicon tetrachloride and the amount of polysilane are used to reduce the explosion hazard of the process and increase the purity of the silicon tetrachloride. - and polysiloxane chlorides, equal to 1: 0.05 - 0.11, the first stage of chlorination is carried out at a mass ratio of chlorine and the amount of hydrogen hydrogen polysiloxane chlorides and polysiloxanchlorides, equal to 0.5-0.75: 1, then silicon tetrachloride is distilled to a mass ratio of silicon tetrachloride and the sum of polysilane and polysiloxanchlorides, equal to 1: 1.0-1.85, the second stage of chlorination is carried out at the mass ratio of chlorine and the amount of hydrogen-containing polysilane and polysiloxane chlorides, equal to 0.75 - 1: 1, then the silicon chloride is distilled off to its content in the vat residue 1.2 - 5.0 wt.%.
