Abstract

Изобретение относитс к мелиоративной технике и может быть использовано в мелиоративном строительстве, например, при сооружении дренажных систем, а именно дл загрузки дерноукладчика, и позвол ет повысить эффективность и расширить технологические возможности. Перегружатель сыпучих грузов 1 дреноукладчика 2 содержит тележку 3 с опрокидывающимс посредством привода 4 бункером 5, жестко св занным с конвейером 6. Бункер 5 имеет форму трапецеидальной в плане призмы. На одной из стен шарнирно установлена решетка 7 с жестко прикрепленным шибером 8, отдел ющим конвейер 6 от остальной части бункера 5 и св занным с приводом 11. На боковых сторонах решетки 7 посредством шарниров 12 закреплены защитные шторки 13, располагающиес внутри бункера 5 параллельно его боковым стенкам 10. When the material is being loaded, the bunker is tilted, the conveyor drive is activated and the gate 8 is gradually opened to unload the cargo onto the conveyor. 4 il.

Claim

A bulk material handler mainly for a drainer, comprising a hopper with at least three side walls mounted on a frame with the possibility of rotation in a vertical plane and an unloading conveyor rigidly connected to it, characterized in that, in order to increase efficiency and expand technological capabilities, it equipped with a cantilever mounted on the side wall of the hopper with the possibility of rotation in the vertical plane of the lattice, at the free end of which is fixed at an angle to the last gate, connected to the drive, and the said conveyor is located on the outer side of the gate for the formation of the fourth wall of the hopper, and on the more ⁵ 1567445 sides of the grate the shutters are articulated with the inner side for interaction of the hopper wall.
