Abstract

FIELD: protection of metal structures from soil corrosion, particular, protection of buried pipelines from soil corrosion; applicable in construction of main gas-oil pipelines and pipelines of public water and heat supply. SUBSTANCE: method of protection of metal structures from soil corrosion includes location of metal structure preliminarily treated with phosphoric acid in a layer of loose material containing, mas.%: silicate powdery material 5-20; the balance, used liquid glass molding mixtures. Increased working life of anticorrosive properties of composition in water-saturated soils and reduced coefficient of friction of structure with the layer of loose material are attained by treatment of the structure with phosphoric acid and its location in loose material additionally containing as silicate powdery material the wastes of regeneration of molding sands, ash of brown coal of state district power stations and self-decomposing slag. EFFECT: increased working life of composition anticorrosive properties and reduced coefficient of friction of structure with layer of loose material. 3 tbl
