Abstract
Изобретение относитс к оборудованию дл разделени сыпучих материалов по крупности и может быть использовано в угольной, рудной, строительной и др.отрасл х народного хоз ства. Цель изобретени - улучшение качкества очистки сита при прохождении сыпучих материалов повышенной влажности с наличием глинистых включений. Устройство состоит из установленных над ситом 1 очистительных элементов в виде набора упругих стержней (УС) 2 и оросительного приспособлени в виде гидрофорсунок (ГФ) 3. Закреплены УС 2 и ГФ 3 на поворотных рычагах (ПР) 4 и направлены в сторону разрыхл емого материала. В свою очередь ПР 4 шарнирно соединены с неподвижными 5 и подвижными 6 т гами. Подвижные т ги 6 установлены с возможностью плоскопараллельного перемещени с помощью винтового моторного привода 7. При продвижении происходимого материала по ситу 1 происходит его рассев на классы, а УС 2 установлены под углом к ситу 1. Периодически включаетс привод 7, который поворачивает ПР 4, при этом УС 2 своими концами скалывают налипший материал на поверхности сита и между струнами.
