Abstract

Изобретение относитс к текстильной промышленности и позвол ет повысить производительность путем снижени его неровноты по линейной плотности за счет дополнительной установки к главному барабану съемно-чешущего валика с конфузором в зоне между чешущим элементом и съемным барабаном, причем на выходе конфузора установлены главный и съемный барабаны. Выравнивание волокнистого продукта по линейной плотности осуществл етс в два этапа съемно-чешущим валиком и съемным барабаном, при этом последний снимает перемешанные два потока волокон с гарнитуры главного барабана. 1 ил.The invention relates to the textile industry and allows to increase productivity by reducing its unevenness in linear density due to the additional installation of a removable-raking roller with a confuser to the main drum in the area between the raking element and the removable drum, with the main and removable drums installed at the outlet of the confuser.
