Оно снабжено соосно установленными на держателе двум петл ми, перва из которых неподвижно закреплена в верхней части держател и шарнирно соединена с наружной стороны с коромыслом , имеющим на конце вырез дл фиксации катушки, а вблизи места шарнирного закреплени - вырез дл фиксации в рабочем положении второй петли , шарнирно установленной на держателе под верхней петлей и имеющей в верхней части отогнутую наружу полку с прорезью у.основани со стороны цилиндрической части петли дл фиксации в рабочем положении флажкового сигнализатора, шарнирно закрепленного на этой петле.
