Abstract
Изобретение относитс к аппарата.м дл разделени водонефт ной эмульсии и может быть использовано на установках подготовки нефти на нефтепромыслах и нефтеперерабатывающих заводах. Целью изобретени вл етс повышение эффективности работы аппарата за счет интенсивного разрушени струй эмульсии на однородные мелкие капли. Аппарат содержит корпус, электроды , коллектор дл ввода эмульсии с распределительными трубами 6 и отбойные пластины 7, прикрепленные к распределительным трубам 6 ребром 8. Кра отбойных пластин выполнены в виде лепестков 9, поочередно отогнутых вверх под углом 90° и тупым углом по отношению к плоскости отбойной пластины. На трубах коллектора расположены отверсти таким образом, что их оси пересекают отбойную пластину 7 в месте отгиба лепестков. 3 ил. иThe invention relates to an apparatus for separating a water-in-oil emulsion and can be used in oil treatment plants in oil fields and oil refineries.
