Цель .изобретени  - уменьшение износа замыкающего каната. Грейфер содержит установленные на общей оси челюсти Г, снабженные рычагами 2. На рычагах размещены блоки 6-8, огибаемые замыкающим канатом 4, образу  при этом скрещивающиес  ветви. Устройство снабжено направл ющими блоками 5 11 с прижимными роликами, разАещенны- ми в корпусах и установленными на скрещивающихс  ветв х каната. Корпуса соединены между собой с возможностью поворота посредством соедин ющей их оси. Оси направл ющих блоков, установленных попарно в каждом из корпусов, перпендикул рны плоскости каждого корпуса.
