Изобретение относитс к обработке металлов давлением, в частности к способам изготовлени гофрированных гнутых профилей. Целью изобретени вл етс уменьшение колггчества технологических переходов и повьппение качества профилей, формуемых из загото - вок, имеющих отклонени по плоскостности , за счет исключени переформовок в местах изгиба и получени плоских пр молинейных межгофровых участков . В первых проходах в средней зоне полосы формуют одновременно три гофра , постепенно увеличива их глубину . В следующих проходах увеличивают число гофров. Разность межцентровых рассто ний гофров в смежных проходах принимают одинаковой и определ ют по расчетной зависимости. 1 ил.The invention relates to the processing of metals by pressure, in particular to methods for the manufacture of corrugated curved sections.
